REFUND POLICY

INCORRECT OR FAULTY GOODS

Our quality control teams do inspect all deliveries to ensure the products you receive meet our exact quality standards. However, if you do receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect product, please contact us to arrange a return delivery and a refund or exchange. The return must be received by us, Active Elite, within 30 days.

Once we receive your item/s, we will thoroughly inspect the item/s and promptly notify you that your return has been received. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund upon completion of inspection.

If the refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card, or original method of payment.

You should receive the credit within a few days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Please do kindly note, that you the customer, are responsible for the costs associated with the return of any item/s to our warehouse. Any returned item/s are your property and remain your responsibility until item/s reach our warehouse.
