Exploring Options: Whether you're seeking an exchange, store credit, or refund, we're committed to ensuring your satisfaction. You have a generous window of 30 calendar days from the moment your item arrives to make any decisions.

Return Criteria: For an item to qualify for a return, it should align with the following:

  • Pristine Condition: Remains unused, unwashed, and exactly as you received it.
  • Tags and Labels: Ensure all tags and labels remain attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please be aware that we're unable to accept items displaying distinct odours, blemishes, signs of wear and tear, or those adorned with animal or human hair.

Gift cards, while delightful, are non-returnable and cannot be converted into cash.

Received a Gift? You're Covered: If you've received a gift and wish to make a return, our standard return policy applies – ensuring flexibility for your unique situation.

Kindly allow 2 weeks for your item to reach us via courier. Once it arrives, your request will be processed, and we'll promptly send you a confirmation email.

Please note that while a store credit will not encompass shipping costs, it will be a reflection of your valued choice.

Remember, adequate packaging is essential to safeguard your returning item/s against transit damage.

We kindly request that you cover all shipping expenses associated with your returns. In cases where we don't receive the item, ACTIVE ELITE cannot proceed with a return.

Should your returned item fall outside the boundaries of this policy, the cost of retrieving your goods back to your specified address will be your responsibility.

HOW IT WORKS

Yes, you can use a discount code, but it must be applied at the time of the initial order. Enter your discount code at checkout before completing your order details. The discount will be reflected in the final amount you pay for any items you decide to keep.

When you use the Free Home Try-On service, you will be asked to provide payment details at checkout. We will then authorize your credit card for the order amount to ensure the payment method is valid. This is not a charge, and no funds will be taken from your account at this stage. The authorization simply holds the potential total cost of the order until you decide which items you want to keep. The charge will appear as pending in your account, but not paid.

You will only be charged for the items you choose to keep after finalising your order.

The Restocking fee is a $10 charge that applies only if you decide to return all items from your order. This fee covers the cost of the service, including shipping, handling, and processing of returns. It is only charged if no items from the order are kept. This fee ensures that we can continue to offer our customers the flexibility to try products at home before committing to a purchase.
