This policy does not exclude or replace your rights under the Consumer Guarantees of the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable laws. If your item is faulty, not as described, or doesn’t meet expected standards, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement under Australian law.

We’re committed to making sure you feel good in what you wear.
Return Criteria
To keep things fair and ensure items can be re-loved, your return must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Have all original tags and hygiene stickers (if applicable) attached
- Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
We cannot accept returns on:
- Items with odour, stains, tears, or pet/human hair
- Items without tags or in poor condition
- Gift cards (non-refundable, non-exchangeable)
Returning a Gift?
Yes, our standard return policy applies. Just reach out—we’ll help you explore exchange or store credit options to suit your situation.
Returns & Exchanges – Australia
Here’s how it works:
- Return items within 30 days of purchase.
- Allow up to 2 weeks for your parcel to reach us.
- Once received and approved, you’ll get a confirmation email.
If you choose:
- Exchange or Store Credit – no fee applies
- Refund – a $12 fee applies for the prepaid shipping label
Returns – International
For our global customers:
- You're responsible for return shipping
- Use tracked postage (we’re not liable for lost returns)
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable

If your return doesn’t meet the criteria, return shipping back to you is your responsibility.
If we do not receive the returned item, ACTIVE ELITE cannot proceed with your requested return.
