Founder, mother, survivor, advocate for real women’s confidence.
For more than 20 years, Amanda lived in silence with body dysmorphia while juggling motherhood, domestic violence, and the exhausting pressure of self-doubt.
The mirror never showed her enough. Confidence felt out of reach.

In 2022, Amanda took ownership of Active Elite — transforming it from a bodybuilding-focused brand into a movement dedicated to real inclusivity, real body confidence, and real support for women.
She saw the gap clearly:
