At Active Elite, we’re here to make your shopping experience feel seamless, supportive, and as smooth as your favourite pair of leggings.
We know how exciting it is to receive activewear that makes you feel amazing — and we’re committed to delivering that excitement straight to your door, with care and clarity every step of the way.
Domestic Orders (Australia)
We currently ship Australia-wide via Australia Post or DHL to give you a streamlined and reliable delivery experience.
Once your online order has been created, please allow 1–2 business days for processing and dispatch.
As soon as your parcel is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery in real time.
We happily ship to PO Boxes (except for bulky items — those are a bit too big for our postal partners to handle!).
Please note that while we always do our best to get your order to you quickly, occasional delivery delays may occur that are outside of our control.

- Orders under $99 (after discounts): $12 flat rate
- Orders $99 and over (after discounts): FREE standard shipping

International Orders
We’re proud to deliver worldwide, so you can feel empowered — wherever you are. 🌍
International orders are shipped from Australia via trusted international carriers.
Please keep in mind that delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location and customs processing times.
International Shipping Rates
- New Zealand: $15 flat rate (10–16 business days)
- Asia Pacific, North America, Western Europe: $16 flat rate (10–28 business days)
- Other Western Europe regions: $18 flat rate (10–28 business days)
- All other regions: $25 flat rate (14–30 business days)
Customs & Import Fees
Because all orders are shipped from Australia, your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees once it reaches your country.
These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
We don’t have control over these costs, and we’re unable to predict what they might be — but here’s what you should know:

New Zealand 🇳🇿
All orders above NZD $60 may be subject to import duties and GST.
The exact amount varies based on your parcel’s value.

Refusing to Pay Customs
If you choose to refuse the customs fee and your parcel is returned to Active Elite, please note that a shipping and handling fee may be deducted from your refund.
If you’re unsure whether your order will incur customs charges, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order to avoid any surprises.
