How do I choose the right size?
It can be really hard to choose the right size online, right? We try to make it as easy as we can by providing a comprehensive size chart on our website to help guide you through.

Can I try on my order before I buy?
We are extremely proud to offer a ‘try before you buy’ service called Try With Mirra. This is a free home try on service for all Active Elite products. Find out how you can access it here.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! Shipping is calculated at the checkout depending on where we are shipping to.
How can I track my orders?
All orders are sent using Australia Post, and a tracking number will be provided to you via email.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Can I make a change to an existing order?
Here’s the thing - once your order has been placed and order confirmation has been sent, you are unable to amend or cancel your order.
If you wish to exchange or return your order, please refer to our Returns Policy.
I'm not happy with my choice. Can I return the item/s I ordered?
Yes, you sure can! You can return items for exchange, store credit or refund. Please check the Returns Policy here for more information.
What if I am missing an item from my parcel?
If you are missing an item from your parcel, firstly - we are so sorry!

Do you pay for my return shipping if I send something back?
For Australian customers choosing to exchange or receive a store credit on their item/s, a free shipping label is offered.
For Australian customers preferring a refund, $7 will be charged for a prepaid shipping label.
