Domestic Orders:

All Australian orders are now shipped with Australia Post or DHL, utilizing Shippit for a streamlined delivery process. Once your order is dispatched, a confirmation email from Shippit will be sent to you, complete with a tracking link for real-time order monitoring.

Please be aware that while we provide estimated delivery time frames, delays during transit, although rare, may occur and are outside Active Elite's control.

We regret to inform you that we are unable to deliver goods to PO boxes or Parcel Lockers.

Your support and understanding regarding these shipping adjustments are greatly appreciated, and we would like to extend our gratitude for choosing Active Elite.

Domestic Shipping Costs:

  • Orders under $99.00: $10.00 flat rate shipping nationwide.
  • Orders of $99.00 and above: Enjoy free shipping within Australia.

For express shipping, a $15.00 flat rate is available for faster delivery nationwide with an estimated arrival time of 1-3 business days, depending on your location.

International Orders:

  • Please note that Active Elite cannot be held responsible for customs duties and taxes imposed post-shipping, which are the customer's responsibility.
  • Refunds for returned items due to declined delivery will exclude original shipping charges.

International Shipping Costs:

  • New Zealand: $15.00 flat rate (10-16 working days for delivery).
  • Asia Pacific, North America, Western Europe: $16.00 flat rate (10-28 working days).
  • Other regions in Western Europe: $18.00 flat rate (10-28 working days).
  • All other regions: $25.00 flat rate (14-30 working days).

HOW IT WORKS

Yes, you can use a discount code, but it must be applied at the time of the initial order. Enter your discount code at checkout before completing your order details. The discount will be reflected in the final amount you pay for any items you decide to keep.

When you use the Free Home Try-On service, you will be asked to provide payment details at checkout. We will then authorize your credit card for the order amount to ensure the payment method is valid. This is not a charge, and no funds will be taken from your account at this stage. The authorization simply holds the potential total cost of the order until you decide which items you want to keep. The charge will appear as pending in your account, but not paid.

You will only be charged for the items you choose to keep after finalising your order.

The Restocking fee is a $10 charge that applies only if you decide to return all items from your order. This fee covers the cost of the service, including shipping, handling, and processing of returns. It is only charged if no items from the order are kept. This fee ensures that we can continue to offer our customers the flexibility to try products at home before committing to a purchase.
