Domestic Orders:
All Australian orders are now shipped with Australia Post or DHL, for a streamlined delivery process. Once your order is dispatched, a confirmation email will be sent to you, complete with a tracking link for real-time order monitoring.
Please be aware that while we provide estimated delivery time frames, delays during transit, although rare, may occur and are outside Active Elite's control.
Unfortunately, we regret that we are unable to deliver goods to PO boxes or Parcel Lockers.
Your support and understanding regarding these shipping adjustments are greatly appreciated, and we would like to extend our gratitude for choosing Active Elite.
Domestic Shipping Costs:
- Orders under $99.00: $10.00 flat rate shipping nationwide.
- Orders of $99.00 and above: Enjoy free shipping within Australia.
For express shipping, a $15.00 flat rate is available for faster delivery nationwide with an estimated arrival time of 1-3 business days, depending on your location.
International Orders:
- Please note that Active Elite cannot be held responsible for customs duties and taxes imposed post-shipping, which are the customer's responsibility.
- Refunds for returned items due to declined delivery will exclude original shipping charges.
International Shipping Costs:
- New Zealand: $15.00 flat rate (10-16 working days for delivery).
- Asia Pacific, North America, Western Europe: $16.00 flat rate (10-28 working days).
- Other regions in Western Europe: $18.00 flat rate (10-28 working days).
- All other regions: $25.00 flat rate (14-30 working days).
