RETURNS
We want you to absolutely love your Active Elite pieces — because you deserve to feel confident and comfortable in every move you make. But hey, we get it… sometimes a fit isn’t quite right, or you change your mind. That’s why we’ve made our returns process as simple and supportive as possible.
Here’s how it works:
✔ We happily accept returns for size swaps and style changes.
✔ If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or just isn’t fitting as expected, we’ll process a refund for you — and we’d love your honest feedback so we can keep improving our designs for real women like you.
You have 30 days from your order date to lodge a return request.
To keep things fair for everyone, returned items must be:
✔ Unworn, unwashed.
✔ Free from marks, pets hair and odours (including perfumes).
✔ In original condition with all tags attached
If these conditions aren’t met, we won’t be able to accept your return and will need to send it back to you at your own expense.
